Matt joined the Gibraltar team as one of our multi-family property managers in March, 2007 and now assists in the overseeing of roughly 1200 apartments. He has experience managing condo associations and also served as the assistant to the Director of the low-income housing non-profit MHCP.

Matt is a 2006 graduate of Central Washington University with a BA in Geography with focuses in Urban Planning and Geographical Information Systems. During school he worked in construction and as a wildland fire fighter.

 Julie Carvalho, Commercial Property Manager

JULIE CARVALHO joined Gibraltar in October 2005 as a professional property manager specializing in commercial and multi-use properties.  Her experience in managing over 1,000 units in San Francisco combined with working along side a top broker at Marcus & Millichap, has enabled her to have a vast understanding of income property and management.

A San Diego native, Julie graduated from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Communications and holds a Washington Real Estate License.
